I’ll be glad when the boat companies get their people back to full time so there’s not 100’s of unlicensed, uninsured, unskilled people out here calling themselves a handy man. Better ask for a license and ins and references before you hire somebody like that. Don’t worry though, I’ll be happy to come out and fix Watever they do wrong.

Sneak peek at a new project we’re working on. Termite and water damage resulted in tearing off part of the house, and two chimneys. Floor system was very damaged and most joists as well as the outer band and sill had to be replaced. Began putting everything back together the past couple weeks

DOES YOURE BATHROOM VENT FAN WORK PROPERLY??Customer had a rental with a mold issue in the bathroom due to not having an exhaust fan. Tore out the ceiling, installed a new vent fan/light, new light fixture, shiplap ceiling, and a fresh coat of paint. That should solve the problem!
