So, we designed and installed a custom fold-down fence section that transforms into a solid outdoor table! 🤯 Perfect for impromptu gatherings, shared meals, or just a friendly chat over the fence.

We don't take on too many renovation instead of full replacement jobs because most times the support structures are done for if the deck is in decay.

Luckily, we were able to help this client have a significantly lower investment in the deck rebuild and they will absolutely get many more years back from it.

We're especially excited about the double break board layout. No butt joints across the whole 33' deck. Super clean. 😎

This is a case where the hard way and the right way are the same path.

Properly fixing a cantilevered (floating) deck is no small feat. The support beams extend well into the building.

We had to tear open the ceiling in the garage to remove and replace the rotten beams and then replace the 16' board from the outside back into the building. I'm really glad we didn't have to work on the top one. 😅
