These last few weeks have been full throttle, and we are loving every minute of it!

The first photos are of a rather different style from us. Our customer had an existing "backyard oasis" and wanted something to help make it personalized to them. We came up with a Valance Design to hang from their existing shelter, and it came out perfectly. They topped it all off with a small and subtle awning to go over one of the doors leading outside to the area, and it really looks spectacular!

Also pictured is a complete awning replacement we did for one of the Catholic Charities in Louisville. Their original awning had been damaged, and needed a more sturdy and secure replacement.. although getting that rather large awning on the stair landing was a chore, our crew did it without any problems.

Istanbul Market is in the Louisville area, and their original awning had been damaged during the major storm we had some months ago. So they got a brand new awning frame, with the same artwork design that was on the original.

We had some roll curtain repairs done for one of the fine restaurants at the Galt House Hotel here in Louisville. The original hardware had been in place for several years, and needed replaced. We went out, and replaced all of the hardware for each roll curtain with more heavy duty components, that should last many more years to come!

We also had our second Architectural Box Awning install. It was installed on a Todd's Carwash location that is set to open in the near future in Shelbyville, ky
These awnings are amazing to see in person, and we really enjoy building and installing them!

Last, but certainly not least, we had several awnings to recover on this Beautiful property out in Lawrenceburg, Ky. We always enjoy bringing a home back to life when we get to recover their awnings that have seen better days.

It's been an exciting and busy last couple of weeks!

With it being Derby time here in Louisville, it is basically the unofficial kickoff to awning season for us, and we have started out strong!

We did this very modern Box Architectural Awning for a local bank branch here in Louisville. It is a new field for us here, but our team did an amazing job, and even better, the client was ecstatic.

Hurstbourne Country Club is doing some major renovations and asked us to come remedy their back patio awning that had seen better days. we came in and removed the existing fabric, and attached a panel type system that works much better than the older lace on style coverings.
The also had us re-cover their awning for the maintenance department facility. We finished it off with the country club crest in gold.


Twice a year we get to experience one of the most Beautiful homes in the Louisville area. It has a very intricate sail style awning system, and we get to put it up, and take it down each year. If you're ever out on the river in the summertime, keep your eyes peeled, and if you're lucky, you'll see it.

Its been a pretty busy start to the awning season so far, and there's still alot of new things coming in our future!

One of the new tenants in the beautiful old Colgate building in downtown Jeffersonville, is Cyberdome USA. They are an awesome cyber security solutions company, with big plans for building a 21st century skilled workforce in the Kentuckiana area. They requested their logo be put on the front of the tunnel canopy awning. To get it just right, it had to be done in a several step process, but the end results were phenomenal. The customer was extremely happy with the awning, and it really helps the curb appeal!

One of the Local Catholic Ministries here in Louisville runs a food pantry, and requested some much needed extra shelter for their customers who are waiting in line. They wanted it to match their existing awning as much as possible, and extend the whole length of the building front. They were quite surprised with the fast turn around, and blown away with how the addition looked like it was there from the start!

Galthouse Louisville Ky Was looking for a better solution to keep the supplies and equipment under their bathrooms sink hidden and out of sight, while also keeping the ability to replenish, and refill the supplies, as quick and painless as possible. We came up with a Curtain type system that uses clasps and velcro, for a sleek look, but easy access.

We made a new second story balcony awning for a customer, to match their existing first floor awning. We added some brackets on the bottom that not only give it a great look, but also added support. He liked them so much, we were told that he plans to add the supports to the bottom awning as well!

We had a customer who wanted to replace their current lace on awnings, with these new green striped awnings. The color is truly a sight to see in person. These were probably my favorite color so far. They were beyond happy with getting the old ones replaced and the new ones up so quickly, and were just as excited as I was to see the colors!

Look forward to seeing some exciting new things in the future! This will be a great year!
