🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

One of the things I love most about real estate is that you never know where your next client relationship will begin.

In this case, it started at a dog park.

A conversation between dog owners eventually turned into helping a client—and now friend—purchase a beautiful new construction patio home in the Courtyards at Curry Farms. So before I go any further, I have to give a shout-out to my two four-legged networking assistants, Bellatrix and Betelgeuse, for bringing us together! 🐾

As for the community itself, it’s easy to see why my client fell in love with it.
