Tahini, white miso, lemon, and a little honey come together to make this creamy, bright, umami-packed dressing we’ve had on repeat all summer. It only takes about 5 minutes to make, doesn’t require a blender, and instantly upgrades whatever you’re eating. Drizzle it over grilled veggies, toss it with a crunchy summer slaw, or use it as a sauce for rice bowls and wraps. This is one of those “put it on everything” kind of sauces. Ripe, sweet-tart plums come alive under a golden, buttery biscuit topping in this warm cobbler. Gather ripe plums and assemble this rustic treat, which is easy to tackle, and is even better when enjoyed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Perfect for dessert, (or for breakfast, you choose)! https://conta.cc/4iiX0gV

Try our simple kabob tip: keep one type of ingredient per skewer! Why? Different foods cook at different speeds — chicken, steak, shrimp, peppers, onions, and zucchini all need their own timing. By skewering proteins separately from veggies, you get perfectly cooked results every time. That means no overdone steak or undercooked onions. Bonus: it also makes flipping easier and helps with even seasoning. What are your favorite kind of kabobs?

Blueberries seem low-maintenance, but how you store them makes a big difference. The key: don’t wash them until you’re ready to eat. Moisture is the fastest way to turn fresh berries into moldy ones. When you rinse them and put them back in the fridge, that lingering water creates the perfect environment for mold to grow…sometimes overnight! Rinsing too early also removes their natural protective coating (that soft, dusty-looking layer), which actually helps keep them fresh longer.

Instead, store your blueberries dry and only rinse what you plan to eat immediately. A few simple tips to make them last longer:
- Sort them when you get home. Remove any smashed or moldy berries so they don’t spread to the whole batch.
- Keep them in the original container or a breathable one. Airflow helps prevent moisture buildup
- Wait to wash until right before eating

This small habit shift, can easily give your berries several extra days of life (and save you from tossing half the container).
