Finished this deck on Friday and it turned out amazing! This is going to provide such a nice space to hangout by the pool this summer! ⛱️

This massive, heavy-duty deck was built with 6x6 posts, 2x10 joists and beam, standard decking, 2x6 top plate, black aluminum face mounted spindles and black gate hardware. 🛠
If you check out the pictures of the decking, you can see the "trap doors" we added per the customer's request to provide access to the pump and skimmer. 🕳

We also added 30 feet of privacy fencing with a gate to close in the open areas of the yard.

Landscaping Updates Complete! 🌿🪴
Here, we:
-added 11 plants to the flowerbeds, removed w**ds and old growth, and added w**d barrier where necessary
-pressure washed the house, patios, decks, driveway, sidewalk, gutters, etc.
-removed and replaced the mulch around the tree

Finished another pool deck! ✔️ This one had a gorgeous view! 🌄
We set the posts, built the framing and added decking. The customer will add the railing/gate themself. 🛠
This will be such a perfect summer hangout spot for the family!

Check out this spring landscaping update! We love returning and seeing last year's plants starting to bloom again!

Here, we:
-removed the w**ds, unwanted plants and a few layers of old mulch
-trimmed the shrubs and thinned out a few plants
-added a w**d preventer
-planted 1 Hibiscus and 4 Verbena
-added low-growing Wildflower seeds to the empty round area
-added a fresh layer of black mulch

I will try to post an update during the summer when everything has sprouted/bloomed!

Vinyl Fence Installation Complete! ✔️
Here we installed 80' of vinyl picket fencing from the Freedom Newport Catalyst collection with gothic post caps.
We added 4x4 post inside each post sleeve for stability.

Here we:
-removed and replaced the 6' chainlink double driveway gate and added 2 new posts for stability 🔗
-added an extra barrel bolt on the gate to stop the cutest escape artists from getting out 🐾😂
-replaced the storm door on the front of the house with a new interchangeable glass/screen door🚪
-added solar address lights to the left of the door☀️
-Installed a towel rack in the bathroom (not pictured) 🚻
