Investing in the next generation of culinary talent ❤️ Our Community Engagement Committee recently partnered with Iroquois High School to support students in their culinary program through a multi-session mentoring experience.

Over seven sessions, our team had the chance to connect with students through career talks, leadership development, and hands-on guidance covering personal branding, goal setting, time management, and resume and interview prep. The final session gave students the opportunity to present what they learned and reflect on their growth.

Huge thank you to George S. Arbocus Jr., Whitney Chittum, Laura DeFazio, SHRM-CP, PHR, Teresa Zuberer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Caroline Ledington for showing up and sharing their time and experience. What a great time at the MYO Hot Sauce Workshop at the 2026 Research Chefs Association Annual Conference & Culinary Expo 🌶️

Paradise Tomato Kitchens partnered with Louisiana Pepper Exchange to host a hands-on session where attendees created their own signature hot sauces using a variety of premium pepper mashes and ingredients. From dialing in heat levels to balancing acidity and flavor, the room was full of tasting, experimenting, and plenty of creativity.

It was amazing to see so many chefs and product developers jumping in to mix, taste, and design their own blends. And of course, everyone left with their own TSA-approved bottle to take home.

Thanks to everyone who joined us in Westminster. We loved seeing the ideas, flavors, and fiery creations that came out of this session.
