RP Seal Coats and Services is now in its fourth year of business! Here is a rundown of what we will offer in 2019.

1. RESEALS FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS. After so long, the sealer wears away due to sunlight radiation and other elements of Mother Nature. The manufacturer of the sealer suggests a reseal every two years. Because it is a reseal, it is much cheaper than the first time. Pressure washing doesn’t have to be as thorough and the sealer lays out much further. I am charging $0.40/sq ft.

2. EPOXY COATINGS. These are great for garages, basements, workshops, “man caves”, etc. These high-end, extremely durable coatings can start as low as $4.50/sq ft up to $8/sq ft. I need more photos to show my work which means I am discounting the first 10 customers! Update: 8 spots left! Message me for those details.

3. NEW PRICING FOR OUTDOOR SEAL COATINGS. We now charge $0.65/sq ft for one coat, $0.90/ sq ft for two coats. We are also offering a higher end sealer that will last longer for $1.50/sq ft. That includes prep, seal, equipment, and labor. I offer 10% off if paying in cash.

4. PRESSURE WASHING. Houses, sidewalks, decks, etc. If you need something power cleaned let me know! Prices vary depending on size of project. $250 minimum.

5. ACID STAINING. New construction only. Great way to stain a basement! Starts around $3/sq ft.

RP Seal Coats and Services is now in its third year of business and I just wanted to remind everyone the services that we provide.

1) With this being year three, all of my customers from year one should be close to needing a reseal. After so long, the sealer wears away due to sunlight radiation and other elements of Mother Nature. The manufacturer of the sealer suggests a reseal every two years. Because it is a reseal, it is much cheaper than the first time. Pressure washing doesn’t have to be as thorough and the sealer lays out much further. I am charging $0.40/sq ft along with my normal cash and square footage discounts.

2) I have finally expanded into epoxy coatings. These are great for garages, basements, workshops, “man caves”, etc. I need more photos to show my work which means I am discounting the first 10 customers! Message me for those details.

3) Lastly, I want to remind everyone of our outdoor sealing pricing. We charge $0.75/sq ft for one coat. That includes prep, seal, equipment, and labor. Half down is required and the second half is due when project is complete. I offer 10% off if paying in cash and another 10% off if the customer has over 1250 sq ft.
