Basement bar and wine room. Still have to do the shop drawings for the cabinet company to begin fabrication, but it's nice to have the final drawings completed and no more revisions to do. lol
The cabinets will be full overlay, shaker style with a weathered black finish and reclaimed lumber for the shelves and mirror. The back wall of the kitchenette/bar area will be tiled. The wall to the right of the kitchenette/bar area will also be raised panels with double glass doors entering into the wine storage area.

Yesterday afternoon, as we were taking care of a few finishing touches on a project. The clients asked Traverse and I if they could give our /helper/right hand a bonus from them. Unfortunately he was on another project at the time. But upon receiving the bonus, he so innocently said "wow getting a bonus for doing my job and what I'm supposed to do, cool"
I just melted right then and there. He gets it!

2nd floor remodel, Gutted the 2nd floor down to the stud framing, installed spray to the walls and roof system, Furred down the ceiling with 1-4 due to the rafters being framed 2ft on center originally. Custom designed and installed cherry bookcase and two other cabinet pieces to the clients specifications. Installed new cherry stairwell railing and redid the old stairs, risers and stringers

This remodel was originally a half bath. We increased the size of the bathroom by taking about four feet of the existing hallway to allow for the added shower. With the space being so narrow we went with a corner toilet to give just enough room to comfortablyaccess the shower.

Almost a complete home renovation, minus the basement and a 2nd floor bathroom. Which I'm guessing we will be doing here in the future. All new HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Spray foamed the rough system and all the walls the were exposed during the remodel. A few days before starting the remodel the client said they would like to add a large walk in closet over the existing sunroom. I informed them I would need to check the structural integrity of the structure prior to. Once we removed a few of the 1-10 column wraps, looking for steel post or structural framing. We found nothing, well besides some old copper screens that were in the garage attic area. Which told me the existing sunroom was originally a screened in porch and there was no way to add on a 2nd floor walk in closet without tearing down the structure and starting over. Which we did, and also added on a 2nd floor patio area. Special thanks to Lighthouse Electric, H2O Plumbing, Ken J. Buehner and son's HVAC Services, Rubelsi Contractor Services and Energy Savers for the spray foam installation.

After over a year due to the scope of the project and COVID shut down at the condo for several months. I can happily say this project is finished. We relocated walls through out the condo, completely new electrical service with wireless data points throughout the condo. All new hardwood floors, custom built bookcases in the library area. Pretty much everything you see is new besides the original doors and casing which were stripped and reworked to work in the new openings.
Special thanks to Lighthouse Electric who did a wonderful job rewiring the entire condo. Tony Bruck Hardwood for the meticulous detail on the hardwood floors. Perkin Custom for building the bookcases in the library and terrific work installing all the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Rubelsi Contractor Services for the excellent drywall and painting work. All you guys are absolutely great!
