Thrilled to share this recent bathroom transformation that's all about creating better living! ✨

A few years back, we installed a tub with a beautiful tile surround for these wonderful clients. Following an unforeseen accident that impacted their mobility, they reached out to us again, and we were honored to help. Their need? To convert the existing tub into a more accessible and safe shower haven with a custom tile pan and a convenient bench. We were able to seamlessly integrate the new shower while preserving the existing wall tile above (talk about smart planning!) and the handy built-in niche – proving that good design lasts! 🛠️

Another stunning bathroom renovation underway by Steve Mango Quality Builders! ✨

During this project, we noticed excessive dust throughout the home. A quick inspection revealed a serious dryer vent issue – a major fire hazard! 🔥

Check out these photos of the lint buildup. I was able to remove the lint and reinstall the vent with less angles creating more efficient airflow.

Take a look at this stunning basement transformation! We:

Sprayed the ceiling with black dryfall paint for a modern, open look.

Installed 550 sq. ft. of wood-look laminate plank flooring for durability and style.

Removed the drop ceiling and repaired drywall blemishes for a sleek, seamless finish.

Removed the outdated kitchen area and patched the walls.

Designed and installed custom Shaker-style wainscoting for added elegance.

Updated all the casing and gave the space a fresh coat of paint.

🚿 Shower Pan & Tile Repair – Fix It Right the First Time! 🚿

I’m currently working on a leaking shower pan in a home that’s only 2 years old – and it's not the only problem. All four tiled showers in this house have failed, thanks to poor workmanship by the original builder. Unfortunately, this builder has done many homes in the development, leaving homeowners with defective showers.

Here’s what I’ve found so far:
❌ No proper waterproofing
❌ Poor tile cuts & layout
❌ Weak tile adhesion – no back buttering
❌ No caulking at changes of plane (critical for preventing cracks)

To fix the problem, I’ll be:
🔨 Removing the bottom two rows of tile
🔨 Repacking a dry-pack mud pan
🔨 Installing a topical waterproof membrane and Kerdi Schluter bonding fl**ge drain system
🔨 Reinstalling the tile, with proper grout and caulking at every change of plane
🔨 Waterproofing and tiling the niche for a lasting solution
