This standout modern modular build in was quite the adventure! It boasts an exceedingly rare lot close to downtown Estes, AND RIGHT ON THE RIVER! You could wake up every day to herds of elk, new baby deer, or even lounging black bears in your yard. This project was a technical challenge and very rewarding to build. Thank you for taking a look!

It feels good to see movement on a project like this. There is a ton of red tape and obstacles between an idea and actual building.

Yesterday was beautiful and optimistic! We have been digging in on this new addition project. Aaaand today we are digging out of the new addition project. Haha.. But still an optimistic outlook!
