This three-car garage got more than just a floor coating. We upgraded the entire space by adding perimeter trim and rebuilding the steps for safer entry and exit.

Finished in one of our most popular color blends, Cabin Fever, this garage in Loveland, Ohio, turned out phenomenal. Clean, durable, and built to elevate the entire space from the ground up.

Doesn’t look like much now, but this new addition to Preferred Rate is going to create some much-needed flexibility workspace in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. We had the pleasure of partnering with them to install beautiful floor coatings for what will soon become an impressive new facility.
