When it comes to home improvement projects, many people think, oh I will just do the remodel or addition and not pull a permit. They may have a contractor tell them they dont need a permit. If you are going to remodel or add on, and a co tractor tells you you dont need a permit. Please find a different contractor. Not pulling a permit, only hurts you the home owner down the road if you try to sell your house or get an appraisal for a home loan. So please get the proper plans, and pull permits, for your home remodel or addition project.

SIXTEEN 40ft containers used! This is officially a Mega-Mansion.

Okay, I need to pick my jaw up off the floor. I thought this was big, but the stats are insane. This X-shaped estate is built using 16 separate 40ft shipping containers!

Here is the breakdown: Each of the four "wings" is actually a block of 4 containers (2 side-by-side on the bottom, 2 stacked on top).

That means you have double-wide rooms in every single wing. Combined with that massive central timber barn, this is easily over 7,000 sq ft of living space. It’s not just a house; it’s a fortress.
