Brought this old girl back to life, and even added some solar light caps to the front steps. It's the little details that really make a big difference.

Broke out 10 inches of concrete. Installed a 4 foot granite step, cobblestone edging and re-poured the concrete.

This was one of those projects, that made a big difference on the aesthetics of the home. After removing the brick landing, I realized that the risers were in worse shape than I expected. So I made the game-time decision to rip them all out. After a trip to the brickyard to get some new bricks and all that beautiful granite, we got to work. Not only did we build a new step, we also replaced the storm door.
