New comp shingle roof WITH tearout of old roofing. Old roofing consisted of cedar shake, 3 or 4 layers of comp and metal overlayed. New sheeting on main building, new drip edge all around as well as new valley metal.

(Project 3) upon completion we have turned a 3 bedroom 1 bath house into a 5 bedroom 2 bath house. Pictures this time are new and old at the beginning and then straight to the process until completion. Removed fireplace and installed stairs to the attic space. Renovated attic space into 2 bedrooms and a common landing, along with everything entailed. Still need to come back and install cover plates for outlets and painting to be completed by home owner.

(Project 2) photos are new, old in order until flooring. Full kitchen remodel; new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, plugs, water box for refrigerator, sink and flooring. Opened the doorway to kitchen as much as cabinets would allow. New flooring in living room and entryway to bedrooms. Painting to be completed by homeowner.

A multitude of small projects completed. Another greenhouse, off of the existing house this time. Found where the bear travels in our existing fence and reinforced for safe travels. Built another retaining wall and leveled ground with dirt and gravel. Fixed East stairs and added a railroad tie wall w/kickback. Rebuilt garage/barn doors and added a side door. Built small deck w/doorway eyebrow for weather coverage, sheeted one side with poly sheets and built (bought) shed for the other. No before pictures mostly just completion.
