Evening shift, and nights are available for additional contracts and are expanding our team until positions are filled.

P.T Candidates-We can work with your availability, and assist you make extra money while protecting Lubbock, and our clients in a rewarding way.

F.T Candidates should have open availability and able to work a structured schedule as operationally necessary and can make overtime easily as able to.

Qualifications are Easy

* Level 2 or 3 Security License, or completed Certification (Class)
* Valid Texas Driver's License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
* Drive to succeed and maintain an ethical behavior at work.
* Be on time and work as scheduled.
* Be physically able to walk, stand, and make rounds to keep your
area secure and safe at all times.
* Be professional when dealing with team members, clients
and the general public.
* Dress professionally and groomed while on duty is expected.
* Working Cell phone to communicate with our team and alert
law enforcement, or emergency services if the need arises.

Requirements for the job-

Possess a level 2, 3 License or completed course for level 2.

Valid Driver's License- Not suspended or revoked.

Pass a Background check and pre-employment DRUG-SCREEN.

Shift Details

Must be willing and available to work a split shift (5 Hours each) either 9PM-2AM, or 2AM-7AM

Also available- Day shifts (7 Hours) 7AM-2PM, or 2PM-9PM (7 Hours).

Guards' duties will include-

* Monitoring materials on foot and prevent entry and unauthorized persons during construction phase to prevent theft, injury and trespassing.
* Alert and monitor your surroundings. Write a shift report and have it completed by shifts end to turn in.
* Dayshift will prevent entry into restricted areas for safety of the general public and prevent theft.
* Day Shift will be inside and climate controlled mostly.
*Nights will be outside watching materials, and equipment and reporting suspicious activities.
*Reliable Transportation- To and from work.
* Working cell phone in the event of emergency or need to communicate to a patrol supervisor or our office.

Work is simple and requires timely arrival to relieve your fellow team member, keep area clear of trespassers, and prevent theft and turn your report into our office through text, or email.

South Plains Security & Patrol is seeking to hire (3 FT) Security Officers to join our team in the Lubbock area. All applicants should have a level 2 or ability to obtain one prior to being hired.

Guards with experience, that possess an active level 2/3 license will have an advantage and can transfer this week. Experience is a plus but willing to train the right applicants.
Full-time applicants must be flexible and open to shift work as operationally needed. This means Mornings, weekends, nights and holidays (as needed). Overtime is occasionally offered as the need arises.
