This recently completed project for Hancock and Johnston Dentistry is located at 11010 Quaker Avenue, near 114th Street. Our client needed an addition to their existing building for their growing business and also wanted to include approximately 2,400 square feet of new lease space. We designed this addition with a prominent entrance feature with high visibility from Quaker Avenue and included plenty of parking and windows for any prospective tenant. Lubbock has been booming and one of the market sectors we have been busy with is retail. The Shops at the Reserve located at 10305 Quaker Avenue were built as a long-term investment property. This 20,000 square foot project was designed with two end caps equipped with drive through windows which is ideal for restaurants. It has a modular storefront system to allow for flexible internal tenant partitioning and loads of other features that make it desirable for tenants and easier to maintain for the landlord.
