Dayspring Design is a home decor and gift shop. We specialize in use what you have interior decorating. We frequently had guests for meals and overnight.

From Childhood I have loved decorating rooms and setting pretty tables. My mother enjoyed having a comfortable home and it was a challenge to her to be creative and resourceful. If there was just one, or 70 people for dinner, it was done with ease and plenty of good food. I also remember gathering and arranging dozens of fresh flowers grown by my mother. Flowers felt good and special... adding so much color and wonder to life, and they still do. The seeds for Dayspring Designs were definitely planted on that home farm in Nazareth, Texas. Through the encouragement of friends and family who said "you should do this as a business," and people who asked to purchase my items or to help them with decorating~ thus began this business from my home in 1995. In early 2003, we moved into our first location; then expanding the shop and keeping regular hours in March of 2008. In July of 2017 we moved to our current location. It has been one of my greatest joys to see people delighted with their own homes and treasures. Another joy is to create occasions that make people feel special. I have been blessed to have exceptional co-workers with that same desire to serve. We hope stopping by our shop will be a fun and regular outing. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. After three major days of our Christmas Show, I drove into my driveway grateful. The golden tiny leaves were fluttering out of the cedar elm, contrasting with the bright green grass that is so happy with the rain and cooler temps and my mums are hanging in and I backed up, soaked in the beauty of the moment and knew that God is so so good to me. I felt grateful that for 27 years from its humble beginning in our home that we have done shows twice a year and how it has grown. I feel grateful for the talented and hardworking people He has sent over the years to work with me. I feel grateful for those of you who have been faithful customers for so many years and grateful to those of you who have just found us. The napkins in my drawer say "grateful, thankful, blessed". It's true.

Thanks for making it a great first show day. We promise you are going to start feeling a little like you are loading Christmas. Thanks for being our customer and our friend. We love seeing you. Just so you know, even if it's raining tomorrow....Dayspring is worth it .

It is really about to happen and we can't wait to see you. Please know you can not park across the street. You can park At Chips. They do not open until afternoon and you can park in the two buildings just to the east of us. It is usually only a problem the first three hours on Thursday.

Before everything is beautiful Thursday morning at ten......there is so much work and mess and of course more freight to unpack and price and pretty much every single thing in the store is touched and moved to make room for all the new merchandise. When you see their tired smiling faces this weekend tell them how good they did. Yes I do think you are going to love it.

Just a reminder that we all could use a few more reminders of our Jesus. Ornaments are perfect little friend gifts and perfect used as a napkin ring at your table. We were all hustling so hard today, I forgot to take pictures!
