Here is another refferal project we have just about completed. Started out replacing damaged soffit and siding panels around the home. We ended up adding in exterior lighting, full exterior pairing on all Millworks, and construction of a purchased greenhouse. Never put one of those together but it sure does get hot in one of them when it’s 100 degrees outside!!!

This small project was a referral from a previous customer. They experienced a small water leak due to a flashing issue on the roof that affected drywall and flooring. We removed and replaced the affected drywall, flooring and baseboards. Then added in popcorn texture removal and painting the whole space. Overall a nice change for the space and a great opportunity to build a lasting relationship. No job is too big or too small.

Got a call from this customer after completing our first project with them 3 years ago. They had a few different items they wanted us to tackle in their new home. Siding repair, new vanity and flooring, light electrical, new countertop, sinks, mirror/medicine cabinet, and toilets. Not a full remodel but still an awesome change in the overall look of the space. Thoughts?!?!?

Something a little different. Found a post on Facebook looking for some help with a few home projects. Not normally how we come by work but why not! If you’ve never worked with railroad ties I’d strongly encourage hiring someone with experience. Great look for some alley planters and will be around for a long long time!

We’ll be doing a custom table and a master shower for this particular customer in the very near future.

Customer called due to a suspected leak at the shower head. The elbow had been spraying water into the wall cavity for an unknown amount of time. Pulled the cultured marble shower and tub and installed custom tiled shower and drop in tub. At the end of the day we are here to help and this one turned out to be a necessity over a want! Glad we could get them back without any major issues or expensive additions! Give us a call if you have any troubled areas that you would like an opinion on. We’d love to help out!!
