Hi everyone!
We are so excited to be included in the Backroads and Byways Tour again this year!!! It is Friday June 5th & Saturday June 6th from 10-5 🎉 We have specials on all flowering hanging baskets- only 14.99 !! BOGO free on all geraniums and spikes!! Karli is hosting a flower bar with lots of beautiful flowers 💐 she has mason jars or you can bring your own vase and put together a lovely bouquet 🌹Lucas has lots of new 3D printed items and new crystals and rocks on display. We still have a nice variety of edibles (grapes, raspberries, blueberries, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, broccoli and cabbage, cucumbers and zucchini), lots of herbs, pretty flowers, shrubs & trees 🌳 Also a new shipment of ceramic/ clay pots in the shop 😊. We are all stocked up and ready for all of your spring planting!!! Hundreds of annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, trees & shrubs! Lots of herbs & edibles (rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, grapes, gogis), over 60 varieties of tomatoes 🍅, succulents, cactus & houseplants 🪴many beautiful planters to pick from!! We just got in a new Corinthian Bells windchime order & some more pond plants & hibiscus 🌺 We also have a special event this Friday and Saturday with our daughter, Shae opening up her store… see details in photos. Hi everyone,
What a chilly start to the day 🥶but a good reminder that despite all the warm temperatures we’ve had, it’s still too early for a lot of plant varieties 🌸 We are busy growing all of your bedding and vegetable plants for you & just received several new perennials. We will wait a couple more days to put our trees and shrubs outside because the night temperatures are too cold. For those of you wanting to buy early I suggest moving your plants in and out for a few days so they can get sun & air during the day and protection from the cold at night 👍 Enjoy some current photos from our retail greenhouse 🌺 This week’s hours are 9am-6pm daily. Just a quick post to let you all know the herbs have arrived!!!! So many of you waiting for this! First order of perennials have made their appearance also … just a handful of early perennials… still early for most planting. We have lots of strawberries & rhubarb, potatoes & onions, bulk & packaged seed, new pottery order, windchimes & bereavement gifts, This week’s hours are Monday-Saturday 9-5. Hope to see you soon 🥰

Hi everyone,
Lots of excitement at Ellis Greenhouse today!
Lots of new metal decorations, spring bulbs, garlic, asparagus & our mulches and soils all arrived 😱 we’ve brought up several varieties of strawberries and some rhubarb starts. Pansies are just starting to bud and violas are in bloom 🌸 We have plenty of potatoes and onions, bulk/ packaged seed, broccoli 🥦 cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and cabbage 🥬 ready to go! Take a stroll through the greenhouse while you’re here and see all the beautiful plants we’re growing for you 🥰 This week’s hours are Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm. Hope to see you soon 😊

At Christmas time I’m always reminded of all the things that I am thankful for and sooo grateful for all of my wonderful customers and relationships that have been made over the last 30 years of running Ellis Greenhouse. Thank you all for supporting our small family business 🥰 December 20th will be our last day for the 2025 season… we still have a few poinsettias and Christmas cactus, lots of houseplants and succulents, great selection of windchimes and gifts and gift certificates for any amount you want! Karli and I made the trip to our wholesaler yesterday and selected some beautiful poinsettias and Christmas cactus 🌵 still a handful of succulent pumpkins for your thanksgiving decor and lots of new pretty rocks 💙 still time for planting fall bulbs and garlic 🧄 and they are all on sale!! We have a nice selection of houseplants, succulents, windchimes, soils & cute pots. The shop is loaded up with lots of fun ideas for Christmas gifts and Ellis Greenhouse gift certificates are always a great idea & they never expire! 😊 November hours are Wednesday-Saturday 10am-5 pm.
