I worked in commercial construction for over 22 years building bridges and large commercial buildings. I also spent over 10 years in property maintenance and management. Doing maintenance and home improvements and remodeling for homes, apartments as well as mobile home parks. I can do small to medium size projects anything from building and installing shelves to ceiling fans drywall painting light plumbing and electrical power washing lawn care some light tree trimming framing building sheds and decks and many other light carpentry as well as small to medium concrete patios, sidewalks etc.
