Finished up the 1st phase at the "Whole House " reno. 2nd phase is converting storage room into new Laundry/pantry space so stay tuned for that update.

1st phase was take complete House down to the studs. Removed a load bearing wall, added a small office and converted 2 bedrooms into master bedroom with new master bathroom.

All new electrical, lights, new drywall, new doors, new baseboards and trim. Guest bath got complete remodel.

Kitchen got new everything. New layout, Cabinets, countertops and backsplash. All new flooring throughout and this house is now beautifully updated.

Just wrapped up phase 1 & 2 of what we called "The rabbit hole" project (our homeowners picked that name😁)
Our homeowners are once again a repeat customer (our favorite kind of customer 🥰) and after we built the first outdoor pavilion they wanted to do another one for an outdoor kitchen.
So this beast is 17x17 with a soon to be fully working kitchen. It will be stained (if it ever stops raining 🤣) and the "Rabbit Hole" will be open for business 😁

Getting caught up on posting some jobs. This one we called the "Closet house"
Our homeowners have a beautiful home with an extra family room and wanted to turn it into a bedroom.
So we removed the built-in cabinets & the old mantel.
Framed up a new closet, added some in the wall shelves, wrapped in shiplap(one of our favorites)& built custom barn doors and added closet shelving and rod.
The fireplace got new trim, a beautiful slab of beech wood for the mantel🥰 and some new paint.
We think it turned out great, and more importantly so do our homeowners.

So, let's talk EPOXY 😲😁
Our homeowners are in the final steps of finishing up their new house and wanted something different for their countertops. Well if you didn't know EPOXY is not only different it is 😍AMAZING and the possibilities are endless.
So we built each slab with 3/4 plywood doubled up, added a custom rock edge, then got to work with the epoxy and we love how it turned out.
To quote our homeowners " I have already sent pictures to like 20 people, I'm so in love 🥰 "
We are extremely pleased with how they turned out and we can't wait to do more so stay tuned.

We called this job " Raise the roof" house. Our homeowners recently purchased this beautiful home and have been updating it. They wanted to open up things and with style😁
So, we installed new beams to open up everything up. Next we rebuilt the 2 columns and updated the electrical. We wrapped each beam in beautiful new rough cut Mississippi pine & did a brick veneer on the columns.
Next, stained each beam, did our patented 😁 white wash on the columns, added baseboards and the " Raise the roof " house is done.
Our homeowners were extremely pleased and so are we🥰

Getting caught up on posting and let's start with the "Staircase house"
Our homeowners have a BEAUTIFUL new home and brought us in to help finish some things up. We installed the stair treads, the post newels, balusters, hand rails and applied 3 coats of shiny polyurethane🥰
We are extremely happy with how it turned out and even better😁 so are our homeowners.
