Well I let my cinnamon swirl loaf cold proof for to long I guess because it deflated 🫣 but it was only in the fridge for a little over 4 hours when I checked it and it was deflated already…so not sure what really happened BUT I salvaged it and threw it in a regular loaf pan and it turned out pretty dang good still…
