Super rare & rarely seen, spotted salamander in Michigan.

They’re normally hiding under forested floors, but come out this time of year to breed in fish free pools after heavy rains.

So fascinating & beautiful to see! It’s only the 2nd one I’ve ever seen in nature in my life. So blessed!

This pine tree was dying from the bottom up & competing with its 3 main stems. 1 stem broke off in the windstorm last week & landed on their car.

Could literally hear it groaning & cracking in the wind before bringing it down completely.

So glad they called us to take down this fragile tree today!!
