Just finished this beautiful exterior renovation for a friend. It required repairs to the siding, new custom built shutters, and new paint to bring this house to life! Now we’re just waiting on the door to come in to complete the outside makeover!

Quick bathroom refresh for some friends—and it made a big difference.

Swapped out the oversized, outdated mirrors for clean gold-framed ones, updated the lighting, cabinet hardware, faucet upgrades, handled some wall repairs, and finished it off with fresh paint. Simple changes, completely new look.

It had its challenges (trip to ER, multiple returned items and fitting issues, HERRINGBONE TILE!)
but this master bath renovation turned out beautiful. Repeat customers who have become friends and thank goodness because this one tested everyone’s patience 😂

After a botched roofing and soffit/fascia repair job by previous "contractor", we were hired to clean up their mess. We pulled off all of the fascia and scrap pieces of wood used by the other guys and put all new lumber up to make it new again. The roof was repaired in several spots and then we re-painted the entire house with a beautiful green and off white combo with high end Sherwin Williams paint that will last a long time.
Very happy to help out some friends on this one.

This one was extra fun thanks to the amazing couple we had the pleasure of working with—great people make all the difference, and these two were a joy!

This 40+ year-old garage hadn’t been touched since the day it was built—brown paneling, sagging ceiling, and electrical outlets that were basically antiques.

Here’s what we did:
✅ OSB on the walls & ceiling
✅ Fresh paint everywhere (walls, ceiling, and floor)
✅ Bright overhead lighting installed
✅ Updated electrical outlets
✅ Installed attic access stairs

Now it’s clean, modern, and functional—basically the opposite of what we started with.

And yes…I forgot the “before” pics 🤦‍♂️. Just imagine the kind of garage anyone 40+ grew up with.

We recently had the pleasure of working on a lakeside project down at beautiful Lake Sam Rayburn, near Shirley Creek. The home sits high on a hill in a quiet cove—just steps from the water—with sunsets that will absolutely take your breath away. Honestly, being out there felt more like a vacation than work!

For this project, we built a brand-new laundry room from scratch underneath the lakehouse, giving the owners the convenience of washing clothes on-site instead of hauling everything back home. We also added a small shaded deck, perfect for grilling and relaxing after a day on the water.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to help make this already stunning getaway even more functional and enjoyable. With these upgrades, there’s truly no reason to leave the lake!
