Check out these flower beds we were able to bring back to life for this homeowner!

The front flower bed was overrun with w**ds and in need of a refresh. We carefully removed all unwanted vegetation and installed new plants to give the area a clean, vibrant, and welcoming appearance.

In the backyard, we performed a complete flower bed renovation. We removed all of the old landscape bricks, pulled all w**ds and unwanted growth, regraded and leveled the area, installed a high-quality w**d barrier, added new border stones, and finished everything with a thick layer of fresh mulch for a clean and polished look.

The result is a low-maintenance landscape that not only looks beautiful but will help keep w**ds under control and improve the overall curb appeal of the property.

☀️ This was definitely a change of pace for our team and we loved every minute of it! ☀️

With summer heat approaching, this customer needed their pool cleaned and prepped for the season so the family could enjoy it safely and comfortably. Our team stepped in to get it ready for the months ahead of fun and memories! 🏊‍♂️

Check out this major brush clearing project completed by our team at Seymore Home Improvements! Over time, the bases of these trees had become heavily overgrown with thick brush, w**ds, and unwanted vegetation, making the property difficult to maintain and taking away from the overall appearance of the yard.

Our team came in and completely cleared out all of the overgrowth, carefully cutting back and removing the dense vegetation around each tree. We also hauled off all debris, leaving the property clean, open, and much easier to manage moving forward. 🌿🪵

🙏 We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to complete this amazing renovation project for one of our customers!

This client wanted to completely update the look and feel of her home by removing the outdated drywall ceilings in the laundry room, living room and hallway areas and replacing them with a more modern textured finish and the transformation turned out beautifully! ✨

Our team began by removing the existing drywall and replacing all of the old insulation with brand-new fiberglass insulation to improve both comfort and energy efficiency throughout the space. Once the new ceiling installation was complete, we applied a light modern texture and finished everything with a fresh coat of flat white paint to perfectly match the rest of the home and create a clean, seamless appearance.

In addition to the ceiling renovation, we also repaired a section of flooring that had been damaged by termites (not pictured), restoring the area properly and ensuring the home was structurally sound.

To finish off this project, the homeowner wanted all of her kitchen cabinets professionally refinished after previous painters failed to properly prime the surfaces, causing heavy tannin bleed-through from the wood underneath the white paint. At SHI, we believe in doing things the right way the first time. 💪

Our cabinet refinishing process included:

🌟Thorough sanding of all cabinet doors and bases for a smooth professional finish
🌟Two full coats of high-quality primer to properly block tannin bleed-through
