Gig ‘Em Aggies!! A phenomenal win over Alabama tonight! Is anyone else so excited they could build a new home or is it just us? Either way, we plan to start soon with this much energy from the place we have always felt is home!

We have now finished construction on our home at 8275 Royal Oaks Dr. in the Reserve subdivision. We are very excited to say we have had an abundance of interest and feedback on this home so for anyone interested, please send us a message for a first hand look at your new home before someone else moves in!

Recently, we started construction on our newest projection, located at 8235 Royal Oaks Dr. in the Reserve subdivision. If you or anyone you know is looking for a new home, construction will be finished before the New Year, so you can easily move in during the Christmas break! For those asking for updates - we have the exterior of the new home at 8275 Royal Oaks Dr. painted and stained and ready for brick. We have insulated and are sheetrocking the interior this week and will be moving on to the next step after that.

Our goal is to have this home move-in ready by the end of July/ beginning of August, so don’t worry - your kids will have time to be able to enjoy a new home before the new school year starts!
