Pine Lake Nursery & Landscape, Inc is a full service landscape installation firm providing design, installation and maintenance services for commercial and governmental projects in the Tampa Bay Area. We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to grow with our expanding company.

What you'll do:

• In this position, you’ll monitor and test new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements, and evaluate start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system.

• You’ll also conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems. Skills we're seeking:

• Along with supervisory skills and your proactive manner, we require 1-3 years of productive experience in the installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems.

• A valid driver’s license and good knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing are also essential.

• Bilingual in Spanish and ability to create and read site map colored charts/legends is a plus.

Pine Lake Nursery & Landscape, Inc is a full service landscape installation firm providing design, installation and maintenance services for commercial and governmental projects in the Tampa Bay Area. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Laborer to grow with our expanding company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Cut turf using various sized power mowers, trimming and edging using a gas powered edger/trimmer, and operating a gas powered blower
*Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls, using clippers, w**d cutters, and edging tools.
*Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs, using shears, pruning shears or chain saw
*Plant flowers, trees and shrubs using gardening tools
*Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth
*Load trucks and equipment daily
*Clean trucks and equipment daily
*Other responsibilities as may be assigned by Foreman or *Maintenance Manager from time to time

Requirements:
*Clean MVR and valid driver’s license, is a plus
*Overtime may be required as workload dictates
*English-Bilingual a plus
*Must be physically able to work in a jobsite environment to include lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, squatting, crouching and reaching
