Treat yourself to the irresistible flavor of these Peanut Butter Balls. Each bite is a chocolate and peanut butter dream! 🥜🍫💕
Ingredients:

2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons shortening
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition, until the mixture is firm and moldable.
Shape the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for about 1 hour or until firm.
In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening together, stirring until smooth.
Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely covered. Return the coated balls to the parchment paper.
Refrigerate the peanut butter balls until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
