We’re reaching out to our community to help a local father and daughter in Lyman,ME who are facing an unexpected home repair challenge.

After some friends stepped in to help fix their shower, it became clear that the damage was more extensive than anyone anticipated—far beyond what they could repair on their own.

That’s where Renovation Relief is stepping in.
Our goal is to come together and help this family rebuild their shower so they can have a safe, functional space again. Any support—whether it’s donating, sharing this post, or spreading the word—makes a real difference.

🔥 Emergency Community Support Needed 🔥

Our team at Renovation Relief is reaching out on
behalf of a neighbor in urgent need.

Early this morning, December 1, 2025, a devastating electrical fire destroyed a shed next to a local single mother’s home. The shed was a total loss, and heartbreakingly, several of her rabbits did not survive. The extreme heat from the fire melted the siding and back window of her home and caused major damage to her propane tank, which is now unsafe and must be replaced immediately.

Thanks to quick action, the home has been made weather-tight and ready for a new window and siding, but the repairs still require significant resources.

This mother of three is now facing unexpected, critical expenses:
🔧 Replacement and installation of a new propane tank
🔧 Installation of a new back window
🔧 Replacement of all siding on the back of the home

The holiday season is already challenging for many, and this family needs the strength and generosity of our community more than ever. Renovation Relief is committed to helping, but we cannot do it alone.

💛 We are asking for monetary donations to help cover the cost of supplies and repairs. Every dollar truly makes a difference.
