Good afternoon everyone. It has been some time since my last update, as I have been exceptionally busy. I will make every effort to keep this page updated with all renovations and projects. I have numerous photographs from the 2025 year that I need to post, so please stay tuned to view them.

Here are the final photos of our renovation project, completed a few weeks ago.

The result is a dramatic transformation, from day to night.

The scope of work included an update of the living area and bathroom, as well as a partial kitchen renovation.

Our client is very pleased with the outcome.

Here are some updated pictures on the ongoing rehabilitation project. All ceilings and trim/doors have been primed/painted, and all carpet and parkay flooring have been removed. Floor issues are being addressed, and painting of walls and renovations on bathroom and kitchen are currently underway. Stay tuned for more photos to come!

Another cabinet rehab for the books!

Here are a set of cabinets that was once clear stain and brown you know just the regular old dull cabinets. I didn’t get any before pictures sorry!

The kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity’s (upstairs/donestairs) all have been sanded prime/painted and ready for the new tenants to enjoy.

Here a quick job done for a customer inside a loft bathroom.

Had a problem with the flooring near toilet and just wanted a whole new look for the upcoming tenant.

So we addressed the water issue that caused the floor to become “ brittle” and then accommodated w/ some Luxury Vinyl Tile with a waterproof membrane.

Turned out great love the color!

Here are some before picture of a home renovation for one of our clients.

This renovation will undergo a full paint and smoke treatment to get rid of all the smell and yellowing of the walls.

All carpet/padding will be removed and replaced will LVP flooring. The bathroom will also have a small renovation as well with new tub/surround toilet and vanity w/ mirror.

Kitchen countertop will also be updated.

Garbage disposal not working?

Customers disposal stopped working (locked up) and was making a humming sound. Ending up being the motor and simply swapped it out for a newer and a little stronger disposal.
