Nice deck update. We replaced the death trap staircase and railings. All new railings got metal balisters. We installed a metal roof gutter system under the deck so they can enjoy the patio in the rain. We added a stringer and a couple posts and replace some as well. Ready for stain in a few months. Nice bathroom remodel. Partnered with Steve Rainbow Forest Crafts and Repair. Two layers of subfloor removed, and one layer of tile. New toilet fl**ge installed at the right height. All new LVP flooring including baseboard and quarter round install. Shower shell removed, and all new plumbing water lines, shower valve, and tub drain installed. Full shower tile job and tub install. Mirror and vanity top removal.

Partnered with Steve at Rainbow Forest Crafts and Repair. Client wanted a porch extension with a wheelchair ramp installed. We also installed a ring doorbell and security camera while we were at it. I'd say this was a better option than having a large metal ramp and landing next to the old porch.

Nice full closet rebuild done with Steve Rainbow Forest Crafts and Repair. This is a nice showcase of various skills we have including demolition, framing, minor electrical, drywalling, door hanging, custom closet shelving, flooring, and baseboard/quarter round. For many projects we can be a once stop shop.

Decent sized basement job partnered with Steve at Rainbow Forest Crafts and Repairs!

Full gut of the carpet, 200sqft of tile chiseled away, and full kitchenette remodle.

Recessed lighting in the entertainment room, new ceiling fan replacements installed, and additional bedroom door closed off.

1000+sqft of continuous LVP flooring installed including closets and under stairs. Some full basement quarter round installed.

New overhead lighting fixtures, bathroom vanity light installed, and TV mounted.

New bathroom vanity installed, mirror hung, bathroom trim package installed, new toilet fl**ge installed, and toilet reinstalled.

New lower and upper cabinets installed for kitchenette, custom countertop with drop in sink installed.

2000lbs waste material hauled off site.

A few bathroom updates. I hung the mirrors, wall hooks, towel bar, and mounted the toilet paper holder. I put up some hooks in the garage as well.

Installed a few upper cabinets today and got the top box ready for the microwave install with a nice recessed outlet.

It's pretty common to get the jobs following up plumbers or electricians. Sometimes the only way to get to spots is to remove the drywall and that's where being proficient in many fields helps out. Ceiling patch ready for paint.
