I am planting black walnuts this winter. The bottom part is homemade potting soil. This is separated with cardboard used as a temporary w**d berrier. Next goes the walnuts and then w**d free potting soil goes on top. My family has three dogs and four cats to keep the squirrels away. I will be doing lots of brush clearing to make places for these trees to grow.

Today marks a blessed year of learning and improving my coaching skills. I am participating in reciprocal coaching for the first time. Coaching career goals to a master-certified coach was very intimidating, to begin with, but I survived! We are down to 4 more sessions. This means my Monday free-coaching sessions for January are all booked. I am still available on some Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
