Here we go! let's go spring!!! Budget metal roof install. Panels are 17'3" long fastened onto on strapping. That way metal is not sitting on shingles causing condensation witch will rot the metal after awhile. We are on a roll call or message for any carpentry needs. We are here to help. Here is a House that needed a new roof which was a 2 layer rip of course and a paint job. Let's talk about a face lift. Some more finished pics as soon as we get a break in this rain.

Gotta love the 2 layer roofs. This week is a lot cooler than last thank God. Roofing away the last pic is a quick little floor job. I got one room left and that will be buttoned up. Then replacing some fascia boards and fixing some of the t1-11 siding and giving this place a face lift with some new paint. Thanks to all my followers.

Last but not least. Owners are just getting the place ready to be sold.They didn't want to put new cabinets in. Figuring new owners would just put a new kitchen in anyways. The place is for sale if anyone wants to buy a place in Vermont. I'll send you their number.
