The part you don't see is what protects you. This is where claims get filed right, calls get answered, and jobs get scheduled before the next storm rolls in.

Anybody can swing a hammer. Not everybody handles the paperwork that makes a claim actually hold up. After Michael, a lot of homeowners found that out the hard way.

The company behind the roof matters as much as the roof. That's the part we don't cut corners on. 🔨💪

A shingle can look perfect and already be failing. The seal breaks. The mat bruises. None of it shows from the ground.
Then the next storm peels it back and now you've got a leak, a claim, and a headache.

We saw it all over Bay County after Michael. Roofs that "looked okay" weren't. What's actually happening is the damage already happened. It just hasn't surfaced yet.

Simple fix: get eyes on it before the season picks up. Comment ROOF and we'll get you on the inspection list.

It's that you'll have nothing to prove what your roof looked like before it hit.
Adjusters want a baseline. After-the-storm photos only tell half the story.
We saw it firsthand after Michael. The homeowners with documentation got taken seriously faster.

Simple fix: walk outside today. Take clear shots of your roof from every angle. Save them somewhere you won't lose them.

37 years ago today, Matt came out swinging his first hammer.

His first word wasn’t “mom” or “dad.” It was “roof.”

As a toddler, he spent recess inspecting playground equipment for shingle damage and reminding the other kids about proper flashing installation.

By age 5, he was giving unsolicited roof inspections.
By age 10, he was explaining storm damage to adults.
By age 37, not much has changed.

Happy Birthday to the man who has never met a roof he didn’t want to climb. 🔨🎉
