Keith, from Pinnacle Roofing, is a knowledgeable, no pressure, easy to work with sales person. He spent as much time as we needed, explained everything and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.

"I have multiple electrical service panels, which required several site visits as well as remote adjustments to the Enphase monitoring system to properly configure the CT clamps and capture the entire electrical load. Joe approached the project as a personal challenge and remained committed to finding the correct solution.

Rather than settling for a partial fix, he continued troubleshooting until the system performed exactly as intended. As a result, I can now accurately monitor not only my home's energy consumption and solar production, but also the charging load of my electric vehicle.

What impressed me most was Joe's determination and professionalism. Throughout the process, I never felt like just another customer with a problem ticket. He genuinely cared about achieving the right outcome and followed through until the job was completed successfully. Another successful high end residential roofing project completed in Mercer Island, WA! 🔨🏠☀️

Our team recently installed a high-performance 80-mil PVC roofing system designed for long-term durability and weather resistance. Shown in Bronze.

We also incorporated a tapered Polyiso insulation system to improve drainage and thermal performance. To achieve a Class A fire rating, a DensDeck® cover board was installed over the insulation assembly.

Looking ahead to the next phase, we also pre-installed all solar standoff supports during the roofing process. By coordinating the roofing and solar scopes together, we help protect the roof's warranty, reduce future penetrations, and create a seamless foundation for the upcoming solar installation.

This project is a great example of the value of working with a contractor that understands both roofing and solar systems under one roof.
