Moving into a new construction home in Michigan means starting from zero on every single window - and most builders won’t help you figure it out.

Here’s what we tell every new build client:

Start with privacy first. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and street-facing windows before anything else. The rest can be phased over time.

Get in touch before closing. An empty house is the easiest place to measure, plan, and prioritize - we’d rather show up at your final walkthrough than after you’ve moved in.

If you’re building custom and motorization is on your radar, prewire before the drywall goes up. It’s a small cost now and a major headache later if you skip it. You don’t need your fabrics or shade styles picked out yet - just get the rough-in wiring in place.

Working with an interior designer? We partner with designers and decorators all the time. Whether they’re leading product selection or just need a reliable install partner, we fit into the process however it makes sense.
