Customer had water going under the house, which has been addressed and stopped, but the damage had already been done. Everything had to be removed and rebuilt also reinforce the area for the owner's pool table. I also quoted them to do new flooring in the area I ripped out, but they wanted to do the kitchen as well. They had looked out for me with lunch, drinks, and even helped me when I needed a hand, so I went ahead and did it. I don't mind doing a little extra for customers like that. Replaced the steps an landing with new 2x6 boards. Frame was built out of metal beams so it was a job in it self to drill all the holes for the bolts.
