We are pleased to be one of the firms that has worked out at the old mall. We completed the Board Of elections, and today was the ripping cutting for planning and zoning and inspections and fees, next month will be a neighborhood library and the regional development commission. Ameeting center will be added in the summer.

We really enjoyed being part of Middle Georgia Regional Library's "It's Demo Day!" project kick-off for the 5494 Forsyth Road library construction project! This was the most creative groundbreaking celebration that we have attended! Everyone threw paint filled balloons at the wall which symbolized "creating a colorful beginning for [Middle Georgia Regional Library's] newest library construction project."

We attended the Georgia Trust’s  annual preservation awards presentation in Atlanta today.  Hotel 45 won the Michael L Star Award, which recognizes a project that best exemplifies the highest standards of rehabilitation and contributes greatly to the community where it is located. Dunwody Beeland Archiects was pleased to have played a role in this project!

Mainsail D evelopment, IDP Properties, BRPH, Choate, Construction, EDC, Engineers, Total Engineers, Pi-Tech , Historic Macon no and a bunch of other folks deserve lots of recognition. This was one of the toughest projects ever!

We were pleased to be the Architect  for the Dublin and Campus of Middle Georgia State University.  The ribbon-cutting was today! They have avery strong nursing program!

We were fortunate to be recognized for two awards at Historic Macon‘s Annual Meeting. Shown here in the photograph is for the Trane Recreation Center, and the second award was the Chairman‘s Choice Award for the Hotel 45.
