Had a homeowner ask us to turn their simple storage room on their boathouse into a more friendly area for rest and relaxation. Replaced vinyl siding with Allure siding, added a roll up door and with some uncertainty on countertop type and an opportunity to be creative we poured in place a concrete countertop. I believe it turned out.

Waterproofing a basement wall. Wash stone and drain tile to daylight. Pressure washed wall. Primed and applied Grace Bithuthene 3000 waterproofing membrane and placed 1/2 foam board behind it for protection and moisture control.
