Join Our Team!

Reese Roofing and Renovation is a veteran owned general contractor specializing in high-end residential remodeling. We provide all facets of residential construction services to customers in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking a lead carpenter experienced in all phases of high-quality construction, kitchens, baths, remodeling and repairs. Skills include framing, drywall/ spackling, painting, cabinetry and fixture installation, finish carpentry, flooring and tile installation, basic electrical, and plumbing. Experience with windows, doors, roofing and siding a plus. Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.

An ideal candidate would be reliable, a team player, and interested in growing with the company long term. To be considered, all candidates must have a valid driver’a license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work hard.

• Able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, etc as job requires
• Strong communication skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• Ability to meet company’s attendance and punctuality standards
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work independently and lead a team
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure
• 3+ years as a lead with general contracting experience
• Experience in kitchen and bath installations
• Ability to read construction plans (elevations and layouts)
• Reliability, honesty, dependability, and integrity
• High quality standards
