Our River Road Project is coming coming along nicely! Painting and Laying frame work and subflooring to raise floor in den to meet kitchen floor. Now den use to be a carport, so the floor is at least 8 inches lower than kitch floor as you exited kitchen onto carport by way of 1 step. So raising den floor, painting completed bathroom, new pucs to follow later today, knocking out kitchen wall and cabinets to extend kitchen by 8 ft....brand new cabinetry, create pantry from closet, cut in archways, extend front screened in porch and widen laundry room by 2 1/2 feet and we're done. Think I'll buy it when it's complete. It's looking great folks. We're going to be needing a new project by April 30th. Spring will have Sprung so let's get those old spaces looking like new again, or create new spaces from old! Give us a call, 434-258-7268, let's have a sit-down, and chat awhile. Have a great day!

Before work on bathroom is completed. We extended the bathroom by 5'0". The bathtub use to be under thee window with shower to right hand side, sink/lavatory was beside tub on same wall as shower head, commode was beside lavatory. We torn out wall that was where bathtub is now, re-routed water supply lines, electrical outlet's and heating ducts. We kati cornered the commode as well as the lavatory. Flooring is almost complete, it will be slate and honey tile. I will share the pictures with y'all when the bathroom is comepleted. We made a 5'0" x 7'2" space into an 8'0" by 7'2" space.
