Here you have it! Before and afters. Came in behind another contractor to save the day.

Had to completely tear out this area that was already close to being finished. They had all LVP installed already, the problem was, the contractor installed the cabinets on top of the flooring. That’s a no no. LVP is a floating floor so having cabinets installed on top of it will make it buckle and gap over time.

The soffit was framed incorrectly, the cabinets weren’t screwed together. He used liquid nail all over everything. Used cardboard as shims. The LVP was completely scratched up. Transition strips cut incorrectly. A complete nightmare!
