what an absolute honor to be asked back to this kindred spirit’s space now that her kid is off to college.

Leveled up the livingroom for hosting hangouts and conquered the conundrum of making a hobby-work-space in a room that still needs to house her daughter when she comes home for visits… oh, and I got to hang out with the most adorable dog as a bonus 🥰

Feeling up for more Froelich flips in my life so I figured I’d tackle one of my own first 😉 my Art Studio had become all storage / no studio… now I’ve got my comfy spaces back to snuggle in for art making sessions within my favorite Pines (but with the luxury of the A/C)!

A Froelich Flip where everything stayed in the space except two bags of garbage - mostly sorted into “like with like” piles left for the homeowner to go through… and she thanked me with an entirely homemade apple pie straight outta the oven 🥧 creative compensation for the win!
