Grateful to be in Orlando this week for the PCA Expo.
There’s something powerful about getting in a room with some of the biggest names in the painting industry — contractors who are setting the standard across the country. The conversations, the education, the systems, the mindset… it all pushes you to raise your game.
One of the highlights for me was getting to meet people who have inspired me from a distance for years. These are leaders who have poured into the industry and raised the standard for what professionalism looks like. Being able to shake their hands, learn directly from them, and have real conversations was a reminder that growth happens when you put yourself in the right rooms.
I don’t come to events like this just to grow personally. I come so we can better serve our community back home.
Every new process learned.
Every efficiency gained.
Every leadership lesson picked up.
It all translates into better communication, better craftsmanship, and a better experience for our clients.
Iron sharpens iron — and I’m proud to be part of an organization that challenges us to be better.
