We took a trip "down the shore" to transform this small, outdated bathroom into a maximize-the-function retreat! 🏖️

This space was seriously lacking storage, and the design felt stuck in a bygone era. We brought it back to the studs and thought strategically about how to add massive functionality to every square inch. 🔨

The transformation details:

Ultimate Storage: We created a floor-to-ceiling custom closet tucked perfectly between the toilet and the shower. And we fabricated the shaker-style cabinet doors in-house! 🛠️🚪 Now there is a designated spot for linens, supplies, and more right where they need it most!

Fresh Colors & Finishes: Brightened the space with an updated coastal paint color and crisp wainscoting along the walls. We paired this with a classic black & white patterned tile floor and a clean white subway tile shower surround for a beautifully timeless look. ✨

Smart Nooks: MORE SPACE. We built two custom shower niches so showering essentials have a home! 🧼🧴

Upgraded Everything: A new tub, toilet, modern vanity, and medicine cabinet, finished off with a new wall sconce. We even tackled the hidden details by installing a new exhaust fan and replacing the entire duct line to eliminate steam like a pro. 🛁💨🛠️

The end result is a bathroom that not only looks beautiful but makes family life by the beach so much more functional. 🏡

Have an unused wall in your kitchen? This recent project shows exactly how much hidden potential your space might have!

Our clients wanted to maximize their kitchen's footprint, so we took a completely blank wall and transformed it into the ultimate prep and storage zone. Not only does it look beautiful, but it completely upgrades the functionality of the room.

Here is what we did to bring this space to life:

Cabinetry Upgrade: Installed prefabricated upper and lower cabinets, custom-painted by our team to give them a high-end, personalized finish. 🎨

Custom Countertops: Sanded, finished, and installed a gorgeous, durable butcher block countertop for maximum meal prep space. 🪵

The Details: Added a classic white subway tile backsplash and built custom open shelving. ✨

Smart Layout: Designed custom nooks specifically sized for a seamless mini-fridge and an under-counter trash can. 🧊🗑️

We took a standard hallway landing and turned it into a functional, built-in retreat. Here is how we brought it together:

📚 Custom Shelving: Floor-to-ceiling built-ins designed to perfectly wrap the existing window.

🪵 Beadboard Detail: Added a custom beadboard ceiling for extra texture and architectural charm.

🎨 Monochromatic Magic: The entire nook—shelves, walls, and ceiling—was finished in a single cohesive tone to carve out a distinct, cozy atmosphere.

From Cramped to a Custom Coastal Retreat! 🌊🍳 Swipe ➡️ to see the crazy "before" of this Ocean City, MD condo!

We gutted everything but the drywall in this space, smoothed the old textured ceilings at the customer's request, and replaced the dated linoleum and carpet with seamless, beach-friendly LVP flooring throughout the entire unit.

To maximize this footprint, we packed in some major upgrades:

Custom Epoxy Peninsula: Fabricated and poured by us! Features a waterfall edge, an extended seating area, and a hint of the green wall paint mixed right into the epoxy to tie it all together.

New Prep Zone: We swapped the old dining table setup for fresh white shaker cabinets, a custom-finished butcher block counter and a mini fridge nestled perfectly underneath.

Coastal Vibes: Soothing green walls paired with a stunning dark green tile backsplash. We even mounted our epoxy color-test board above the sink as custom art!

Hidden Upgrades: Tucked a new water heater out of sight in the corner base cabinet and added an RO water system for fresh drinking water on demand.

Space Savers & Fresh Finishes: An over-the-range microwave freed up counter space, complimented by a massive new sink, stainless appliances, and modern lighting.

What started as a simple valve repair turned into a complete shower transformation! 🚿✨

We were originally called in to replace this customer’s shower valve. To get to the plumbing, we had to cut open the wall, so we offered to add a custom built-in niche between the k**b and showerhead to give them some extra storage space.

But while we were standing inside the dry shower stall working on the wall, we noticed a strange sound underfoot. That noise was a massive red flag—the shower floor was leaking, and the wood subfloor underneath was holding water. 🛑💧

The homeowner typically has the water running when they're standing in the shower stall so they weren't aware of the issue! We couldn't just patch the wall and leave a rotting floor behind. What began as a small plumbing repair with a minor shelving upgrade pivoted into a full rebuild to save the shower.

Since we were rebuilding from the ground up, we made sure to maximize the space. Everything beyond the glass door and threshold is completely brand new!

The Upgrades:

A completely rebuilt, totally waterproofed shower floor featuring beautiful navy blue tiling.

Two custom shower niches (framed to match the walls and accented with the floor tile) for maximum soap and shampoo storage.

An upgraded shower-safe overhead light fixture to brighten up the stall.

A freshly painted ceiling to top it all off.

Brand new dark fixtures (including the valve that started it all!).
