Apartment buildings sprinklers system was leaking in the middle of the landscape. Quick investigation and the 1-1/2inch supply pipe was ruptured from the root system of the nearby tree. Removed obstructions and got a nice new group of fittings in its place.

Customer had a section of polybutylene pressure pipe create a leak during a bathroom renovation. Made an emergency repair with what was on the van. Came back at a better time and did a permanent repair by adding a couple more fitting and pipe to take pressure off the copper to pex transition fitting.

Three floor Apartment building had a mystery leak on first floor. Closet that houses A/C, water heater, and sprinkler heads is the location.
Chased it up to second floor and found this failed manifold in the wall leaking against a 2x6 stud that would over soak like a sponge then carry it down the insulation to the apartment on the first floor.

Grocery store needed a new backflow preventer installed on the mainline.

Installed a second tankless water heater and new larger size gas pipe to an existing service. Our goal was increase quantity of hot water. After install, Used a factory add on kit to let the units communicate and run in tandem versus both units on at same time.
(Note: sharkbite fitting was for temporary testing and propress couplings were used in final assembly. Left side relief line was finished after electric work for service switch was done.)

Apartment had an antique and failed three handle tub/shower valve. With minimal Sheetrock removal, I was able to retrofit a single handle delta shower valve and two isolation ball valves for service. With Sheetrock repair, there will be an access panel installed for future use.
