We are looking for good team players who are looking for a stable career that they can grow in over time. We want folks who can think and problem solve but also follow instructions from others and stay in their lane as we move forward as a team. Good communication skills are helpful. Thick skin, grit and determination is important. We are looking for folks who are ready to work and serve their community.

Electrical and plumbing background can be helpful and a CDL is a plus, but valid class C license is required. We provide equipment and training (safety, electrical plumbing, mechanical and operation of equipment).

After 90 days, full-time employees get the added benefit of group health insurance at no cost (part-time can get insurance as well, but they must pay for it). After one year, the company provides PTO (paid time off). Minimum hiring age is 21 due to insurance requirements.
