2x4 walls 16"oc, 2x6 floor joists 16" oc. 2x4 roof rafters 16" oc, shingle roof, t&g t111 siding, 3/4 plywood floor. Built like a house.

Before, during and completion of patio and patio cover in Spring. Removed old broken concrete and metal cover, install 10x17 concrete pad, Installed 10x17 with 1 ft. overhang, 8x8 posts, roof with shingles, hardi plank trim and closed off door.
