Wild Cherry removal in Mahomet. It was a shame to lose this beautiful tree, and it's absence was instantly felt. But she developed a major defect at the base of the tree, and upon removal we discovered a substantial internal defect. The Property Owner's reluctant commission to remove this tree turned out to be an excellent decision.

Wild Cherry removal in Mahomet, IL. This tree was actually three stems. The third stem fell of it's own accord two years ago. We cabled the two remaining stems and provided a full prune. Unfortunately, the crack at the bottom of the tree continued to grow, and the tree went into a serious decline. It's close proximity to the house necessitated it's removal.

Okay. So many lessons to learn here: Proof of Insurance is only proof that the Service Provider has Insurance, or a Bond, on that day; it's dirty, but these are games disreputable people play. If you receive a proposal, make sure it is as itemized as possible, clearly delineating what shall done; if you sign a contract, make sure that you receive a copy BEFORE any work begins, the best option is to run a copy from your printer/scanner before the Contractor leaves, again make sure that the Contract clearly spells out the services being provided, the terms and limitations: Starfire Corps Industries always includes a Proviso stating that any and all "Additional and Unexpected Services" will be discussed with the customer BEFORE the new work is begun. If ANYTHING gives you pause about the Contractor, trust your instincts: get references or additional proposals from other Contractors; it is your home, you have to live with it long after we are gone. And while we are providing services, and you have come to us, we serve at the pleasure of the customer.

Wind pushed Wild Cherry in Mahomet. It was slated for removal, but the big winds delayed us a couple of days, and today presented us with a fresh challenge. Zero damage to the targets, hazard completely removed!
